Faithful Portrait Co. Book a consultation

The experience

Your pet portrait session, step by step

From the first conversation to the portrait on your wall, every part of a Faithful session is designed to feel calm, personal and easy, for you and for your dog.

Four simple steps

I

The consultation

We start with a relaxed conversation. Tell me about your companion’s personality, age and energy, the feeling you want your portraits to have, and where you imagine them hanging. I’ll recommend the experience that fits.

II

Planning & wardrobe

Together we’ll choose your wardrobe, backdrop and timing. I’ll send a simple prep guide so you both arrive ready, and we’ll schedule around the time of day your pet is calmest.

III

Your session

Unhurried by design. Your pet gets time to explore and settle before we begin. I guide every pose and work in short, playful bursts, with breaks, water and treats whenever they’re needed.

IV

Your gallery & heirlooms

After your session, you’ll view your private gallery and choose your favorites. From there, we can turn them into heirloom prints, albums or wall art made to last for generations.

Comfort first

Their comfort, their pace

A beautiful portrait starts with a relaxed pet. Everything about your session is built around them.

Unhurried by design

There’s no rush. Settling in and sniffing around is part of the experience.

Treats & breaks built in

Water, rest and rewards whenever your companion needs them.

Every personality welcome

Shy, senior or full of energy, I’ll work with exactly who they are.

Your images, your call

Nothing is shared or posted without your permission.

Before your session

How to prepare for your pet photoshoot

Preparing your pet

Book grooming two to three days before, not the same day, so their coat looks soft and natural.

Take them on a good walk beforehand so they arrive calm and ready to settle.

Bring their favorite treats and a toy. Keep their meal light beforehand so treats stay exciting.

Bring a leash and a simple collar. We can slip it off for the portraits.

Preparing yourself

Choose soft, neutral tones that complement your pet’s coat. Our guide to what to wear walks you through it.

Pick fabrics that forgive fur, like chiffon, silk, tulle and linen.

Keep jewelry delicate, and pack a lint roller.

Bring a second outfit if your experience includes more than one look.

Ready when you are.

Compare experiences, read the FAQ, or reach out and we’ll plan everything together.
