Before your session
How far in advance should I book?
Reach out as early as you can, especially if you have a date in mind, like a birthday or the holidays.
Can I bring more than one pet?
Absolutely. The Heirloom and Legacy experiences are made for multi-pet families. Compare experiences.
What should I wear?
We’ll plan it together at your consultation. Soft, neutral tones photograph beautifully alongside most coats. Read the full wardrobe guide.
Where do sessions take place?
We’ll choose the right setting for you and your pet at your consultation. I serve Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix area. See all service areas.
During your session
What if my pet won’t sit still?
They don’t need to. I work with their energy, not against it, and some of the best frames happen between the poses.
Is my pet too shy, too senior or too energetic?
Never. Every personality is welcome, and we’ll go at whatever pace they need.
How long does a session last?
It depends on the experience you choose, and every session has plenty of breaks built in.
Can my family or children join?
Yes. The Heirloom and Legacy experiences include your family, so everyone can be in the frame.
After your session
When will I see my portraits?
I’ll share your gallery timeline at your consultation, and let you know the moment it’s ready.
Do you offer prints and wall art?
Yes. Heirloom prints, albums and wall art can be ordered after your gallery reveal.
Will you share my photos online?
Never without your permission. Your images, your call.
Can I give a session as a gift?
Yes. Pet portrait gift cards are available for any experience.
